Packages are a good introduction to health coaching for motivated clients who seek support and accountability in attaining their goals. Come prepared to discuss current goals, challenges and to create customized action plans that work for you. Clients receive one-on-one coaching sessions, email support, lifestyle assessments, accountability check-ins, and unlimited functional medicine toolkit resources.
